This site highlights the work of Dr. Timothy Williams, an arbitrator, professor of labor relations and labor-management facilitator with more than 30 years of experience in the field.
Dr. Williams was first listed as a labor arbitrator and fact-finder by the Oregon Employment Relations Board in 1974. Since that time he has been additionally listed on state panels in Washington, Idaho, Montana and California. He is a member of the National Labor Panel of the American Arbitration Association and Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Since 1974, he has written decisions in over 1000 labor disputes. In 1984 he was accepted into the National Academy of Arbitrators. He is also an experienced commercial arbitrator in the construction industry. As a full-time arbitrator, Dr. Williams handles a substantial number of cases each year including fact-finding, interest arbitration and grievance arbitration.
He is a member of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA), the National Academy of Arbitrators (NAA), and the National Speakers Association (NSA).
